As a rule in our company, our consultants would like to know some information about your company before giving the best price for each inquiry. Please provide company name, contact information, country of your company, and social networking account (if used) – such as Skype, Line, Viber, Zalo, or Whatsapp. If not, it will be fine via email.
Furthermore, to please customers and to connect easier, you will likely be asked to provide certain specifications in your hand drawn pictures, sketches or computer design artworks, including:
- Size: Height, width and depth (in cm or inch).
- Closure: Velcro, magnetic snap, buckle, button, clasp, zipper.
- Straps: One or two, shoulder or handheld or both, length and width of straps.
- Color: Leather type and color, interior lining color and material.
- Hardware: Brass (solid or antique), nickel (dark, pearl or matted), gold (matted, satin, pearl, light or rose),gun metal etc.
- Pockets: Interior, exterior, side pockets.
- Additional custom details: Trimming, tassel, tag, decoration, piping and logo (logo detail as per specified below) etc.
LOGO
The designed logo artwork needs to be vectorized and the font should be outlined. Preferably name the font in case the font changes. Specify the size and specifications.
Logo type: hot stamping, hardware logo plate or custom signature hardware decoration.
MATERIAL
Materials: Confirm swatches, lining fabrics as well as hardware color for samples making.
Textile: Canvas fabrics, oxford fabrics, rayon cloth, pvc flocking, plain flocking, suede, nylon-cotton fabric, linen-cotton fabric etc.
SAMPLE
About the samples making process - the lead time is around 5 days up to 2 weeks depends on quality of designs as well as the specified cases and situations (the sampling lead time will be extended if there are special custom made details involved.). Beside, before making sample, we will discuss with costumers about testing samples, samples making, customer review, changes or improvement, and shipping of samples, etc.
